The Beginning
Joe Hamer (right) started the original Complete Roof care in 1993 from the family home in Diamond Creek. Joe had spent years working for the largest Roof restoration business in Victoria, He took everything he learnt and quickly built a reputable business with a great team of employees. Joe helped develop and refine many products and techniques that are now industry standards. With a large team of employees and a steady work load, Joe moved his business to a property in Yarrambat that gave him space for the business to grow. His 40 years in the industry has given him a wealth of knowledge, which he is passing onto his son Jake.
Second Generation Family business
Joe had been running Complete Roof Care for 20 years with his team of employees. In 2013 his son Jake came on board to start his roof tiling apprenticeship as well as learn everything that goes into running this business. 11 years on, Jake is continue to develop on the processes Joe has taught him. Ensuring our customers keep getting offered the best product and services.

Joe first registered Complete Roof Care as a business name in 1993. He has been operating using this name to this day. In 2008 another business applied for the Complete Roof Care business name and ASIC unfortunately granted it. Complete Roof Care based in Frankston has no link to the orginal Complete Roof Care that has always been based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

After 16 years of dealing with the other Complete Roof Care that took our name and also benefits from our Brand equity, we have decided to rebrand to CRC Roof services, which allows us to have our own unique website URL. This will hopefully reduce any confusion customers may have when trying to find us online.

In 2021 Complete Roof Care moved from 12 Golf Links Drive Yarrambat to our current factory in Campbellfield. 2024 was the year we rebranded too CRC Roof services so we have the ability to have our own online presence. Joe and Jake will continue to off high quality roofing services to customers.
